I have to say I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were simple with all basic amenities taken care of, but they were not ready when we reached, and they somehow managed to add my company name even though I informed them beforehand at the time of booking before asking for the manager.
The hotel offers good and spacious rooms but they are a bit small and cramped up. The service was very warm, friendly, and quite courteous. The location is convenient for work at any of the companies in the area, especially being right opposite to the SAP campus. The dining experience was okay, with room for improvement in the variety of options. The facilities provided were satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located in Whitefield Bangalore, right opposite the SAP campus, making it a great spot for business travelers. The rooms are well-appointed with white linens, though slightly on the smaller side, offering a comfortable stay. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with a very welcoming and cooperative attitude. The dining options are excellent with a good spread for breakfast. On the downside, the location can be a nightmare due to its proximity to ITPL, but for those working in the area or on a corporate contract, it's a suitable choice.
The hotel rooms vanished in the blink of an eye as a wedding party took over the hotel for finalizing their event. They even added my company name without my consent until I had to escalate the issue to the management. Despite this hiccup, the staff were good and very cooperative during my stay. The location was extremely convenient, right opposite the SAP campus in ITPL, Whitefield Bangalore, making it a perfect spot for various events and dining options. The dining experience was awesome with diverse food choices, although it could have been better with more buffet options. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives that could affect the overall experience.
